Keynote: Willie Spears – “Rooted in Relationships”
We’ll explore the metaphor of planting seeds that grow deep roots in an effort to highlight the importance of building and maintaining productive relationships. We will focus on several subtopics, including stability through trust, nourishment through connection, growth, the impact of being rooted, and how to cultivate rooted relationships.
Religious Keynote: Pastor Julius Buelow – “Encouragement for Called Workers - I (Don’t) Work Alone”
As a called worker, it is easy to adopt the attitude (in a Batman voice): "I work alone." Fortunately, God knows better than to let us work alone. Even more fortunately, we work with people who are different and difficult. Together, we'll explore the blessings of our differences as well as the blessings of how difficult we can be. We will leave encouraged to say, "I'm glad I don't work alone!"
